We made 3 different flavours for each tier of this cake so guests could enjoy the unique taste and texture of our cakes.

I managed to source some incredible flowers from .florist and .flowerfarm.bucks to create a striking design.

I do feel very touched to be asked to make cakes for different occasions for a family. Actually I love it! It’s so special that they love the taste of our cakes and want to order more. This family have ordered lots of cakes over the years and I always want to exceed they expectations each time.

We love making wedding anniversary cakes and we were thrilled when we were asked to make this golden wedding anniversary cake for a lovely couple last week!

Better than the Ritz! 🌟

And here is why…
1. We have very specific cooking times.
2. We know when to take a cake out - the smell is usually the give away. We take our sponge out just before it’s cooked as it will continue in cooking during the cooling process.
3. We have a secret ingredient in our Victoria sponge… water, not milk.
4. We spend so many hours a week creaming our butter and sugar together.
