Lovin' From The Oven is a legally registered business and I have been through the necessary food hygiene training in order to bake for the public legally, so you can be rest assured when you place an order with me. I take 30% deposit on cake orders, with the rest of the balance being paid on collection/delivery of the cake (or before if you would like to be paid up in advance!)
I have written a more extensive note on this on the page, but in the unlikely case that something is wrong with your order PLEASE keep the product so that I can evaluate the problem. If there is indeed a problem, you will be entitled to a proportionate refund.
