Today we were joined by Dee from Rise.Life Nottinghamshire & Derbyshire, who delivered a fantastic cricket-themed exercise session. 🏏

The session was full of fun, friendly competition and great movement, with everyone getting involved and enjoying the activities. A brilliant way to stay active while sharing lots of smiles!

Recently at The Meadows, we came together to mark the D-Day anniversary with a wonderful morning of entertainment from Kevin and Marie.

Our residents loved singing along to the classics and some well-known favourites. It was a joyful and heartwarming atmosphere throughout.

🌞 Throwback to last week when the sunshine was absolutely glorious! 🌼🌿

Our residents made the most of the beautiful weather by spending time in the garden, watering plants, enjoying the fresh air, and getting their hands dirty with a spot of gardening. 🌱💧

We’re especially loving our new summer plants, which have now been carefully planted and are already brightening up our outdoor spaces. 🌺🌸

Today at The Meadows we had the pleasure of celebrating a very special milestone — our wonderful resident Lynn’s 10 years with us 💐🎉

It was a truly lovely day filled with smiles, laughter, and music, with a big thank you to Stephen Tew - Singer for joining us and singing for everyone 🎶❤️

A special mention as well to Sammie Lou's for the beautiful cake made just for Lynn 🎂 It looked absolutely amazing and tasted just as good!

Our residents enjoyed a wonderful meal out together, sharing lots of laughter, conversation, and good company. It was lovely to see everyone relaxing and making special memories together.
