This cookie has been in my dreams for ages, so I’ve decided, enough is enough, it must be made 😅

Zero regrets, only joy. This fruity, nutty and sweet cookies is perfect for snack with cup of tea or on its own.

Check out my profile for full new cookie menu 🙌🏼

Big question of the day tho, would you be interested in me doing postals? I need to know because sales had been very slow, which is ok, but I would love to grow this little thing of mine in the future 🤩

Basically, 200g of light brown sugar, 115g butter plus tsp of water and touch of maldon salt. Cook until 150 degrees Celsius or until you burn yourself badly and bun the whole thing 😅✨

Magic 🙌🏼👩🏻‍🍳

I have 2 boxes of cookies available for collection on Saturday 🙌🏼 4 cookies £15 DM to order 🤍

I have a confession 😢

I’ve been neglecting my small baking business and haven’t done any sort of promoting or taken on orders… it is hard to admit, but working full time my big girl jobs, as well as solo parenting my feral 2 year old has been A LOT 😭

Please bear with me and please order some cookies or brownie boxes, so I get my butt back into gear and do what I am destined to do 😅✨

Love, D

Not every single cookie is a win, and that is ok

As great as my base cookie recipe is, this is exactly why I do trial cookies before I even start selling them. Combination of high chocolate amount and homemade caramel baked inside cookie is definitely not working.

Adjust and carry on, I will pipe homemade caramel inside after cookie has been baked as it’s just toooo wet 💦 inside 😏😅

Out with the old, to make space for new 🤍

Just to remind on what you missed out on if you did not get any cookie boxes last month (or 2 😅)

New cookie menu release coming this week along with cookie collection days next week, so so so excited as new flavours I have been working on are fire 🔥

And yes, I will be posting teasers just to make you drool a little 🤏😏

Lots of love, D.
