This may come as a bit a of shock to many but this is a decision I’ve agonised over for quite some time.
Something hasn’t felt quite right for a while and I’m really ready for a big shake up in my life.

If I have spoken to you about doing a cake or cookies this will of course be honored ☺️

I haven’t quite come to decision about holiday cookie sales. Whilst they still bring me joy they are incredibly time consuming and cause me quite a lot of stress in the run up to every single event.

Thank you everyone who has supported me through orders, comments and sharing my work.

Totally aware I’m posting an Easter themed cake in June because every time I go to, I end up thinking… does anyone actually care? 😬
I adore everything I make but the comparison game is loud. Like, why does it feel like every other cake maker is out here creating masterpieces while I’m just doubting every post I try to make. You would’nt believe how many drafts I have.

But honestly — I’m desperate to shake this off. I miss being flat-out, running on three hours’ sleep, covered in icing and slightly feral from back-to-back orders. I want the chaos back. I want to feel proud of what I’m making again.

Not looking for sympathy — just putting it out there in case anyone else feels the same. x
