This week, I’m trialling high-protein bagel recipes made with simple, clean ingredients. No ultra-processed anything in sight! Topped with “everything bagel” seasoning ❤️, and they’re a game-changer. We’re working on broadening our bread selection, but we always test out different recipes to find the best one. These bagels were a hit - soft inside, chewy outside. Nothing quite like a freshly baked sourdough loaf in the morning! The aroma in my house is so comforting especially as the wet weather has arrived. The smell of freshly baked bread makes me want to put on my comfy clothes and snuggle under a blanket whilst enjoying some sourdough toast with fresh butter 🥰

This weekend we had the pleasure of baking and selling goods to raise funds for whilst completed his world record for maximum muscles ups in a 24hour period , he only ended up smashing 3 records!! It is an honour to be surrounded by such greatness! What a privilege 🖤
