New bake landing this weekend at Swynford Coffee 🤩😋
Salted Caramel and Peanut Butter Billionaire's Shortbread.

A layer of buttery, crumbly shortbread with a few crunchy peanuts, topped with a decadent layer of salted caramel, followed by a layer of sweet and creamy peanut butter, finished off with a layer of rich dark chocolate ganache, with gooey toffee sauce swirled through and garnished off with a few more roasted peanuts on top.🙌🏼😍

A pure delight for that delicious sweet treat. Plus, why not try it alongside the Toffee Nut Cappuccino for a nutty match made in heaven ❤️

Last weekend was my first weekend back baking after the house move and I love that I was kept busy.😁 I had the privilege of creating 3 beautiful cakes for birthdays.
- We had a Toy Story inspired cake, finished off with a hand created fondant box, clouds and rope detail. Packed with toys that can be played with afterwards.🧸
- A beautiful blue/white striped cake with a buttercream border.
- A Blue Power Ranger cake, finished with fondant diamonds and a belt for the uniform.

I loved making every single one of these, it was honestly my pleasure to be able to create these 🥰

I absolutely loved making this super indulgent Fortnite cake!!🥰
4 layers of deliciously moist chocolate sponge cake, filled with milk chocolate buttercream, covered with vanilla buttercream, chocolate ganache drip and green buttercream decoration. Then sprinkled with some smarties eggs and skittles, plus a couple of 'slurp juice' decorations.🤩

A wonderful Happy Retirement set of cakes.
This focal piece was a 4 layer, 12" vanilla sponge cake with vanilla buttercream, with fondant covering and hand crafted fondant figures. The only inedible part was the gold ribbon.
It was accompanied by 2x 9x13" cakes with icing sheet photos and piped buttercream borders.

My very special little boy turned 8 last week so of course he requested a Roblox cake 🎂

This was a 3 layer 8" chocolate sponge cake, with chocolate buttercream filling and vanilla buttercream outer layer. The brickwork, clouds, 'Freddie' lettering and Roblox avatar (his avatar which I copied) were all made out of modelling paste. One very happy boy ❤️
