We create luxury bespoke cupcakes, cake pops, chocolate and cake treats, celebration cakes and giant cupcakes to order using your designs, taste and theme. Ideal for any occasion or for just a treat, we tailor all our products to suit your requests. All embellishments and decorations are fully edible and handmade by ourselves, and our products are completely made to order using only the finest ing
redients. We are fully registered and insured and can provide local delivery in and around the Accrington area, and throughout the Northwest, or you can collect from our premises. Once requirements, timescales and delivery/collection has been agreed, payment can be made in a variety of ways. This can be arranged by credit or debit card, bank transfer or emailed invoice with payment link attached. At the present time, cash payments are not accepted. A non refundable booking fee is required to secure your order, with the balance being due one week prior to collection or delivery, unless otherwise agreed (balances for weddings are due 6 weeks prior to collection or delivery). Payment in full at time of ordering can be made if preferred. Wedding and larger orders can also be paid periodically using an instalment plan by individual arrangement. Booking fees are based on total order value. If ordering less than one week prior to collection or delivery, the total value is payable when the order is placed. We can only confirm your order once a booking fee or full payment has been received - until then, the time and date slot is freely available in our diary for anyone to place an order. In the event of balance non-payment by the agreed date, an order unfortunately can and will not be honoured. In the event of your celebration date being changed, we will try to accommodate this, but if it is too short notice, this may not be physically possible. Any payments outside of your booking fee which have already been made will be repaid on the following basis:- 3-6 months prior to original date 50% repayment, 1-3 months prior to original date 30% repayment, less than 1 month 0% repayment. If we can re-fill your date with another order, it may be possible to agree a larger repayment to you.
* NOTE * COVID CANCELLATIONS AND POSTPONEMENTS - all our booking fees are non-refundable, however if you do need to amend your order, either by cancelling completely or moving your event to another date, we are happy to transfer your fee to your new date, subject to diary availability. This may be moved to another date in the current year, or subsequent year. If work has already commenced on your order, for example handcrafted model work or ingredients/materials specifically purchased, and these cannot then be used on your new date, these costs will be deducted from your overall order value. COMPLAINTS are very rare and due to the amount of work put into each individual order, we take them very seriously. Any issues must be brought to our attention within 48 hours of collection or delivery to give fair opportunity to assess the nature of the complaint. Both parties agree to not post any negative information about the other arising out of the contract or event on any online forum or website without providing advance written notice, and providing the other party with a prior opportunity to resolve any issues between parties amicably. Complaints regarding decoration may be easily rectified or repaired, so errors of this nature must be advised on delivery or collection, so as to give us the opportunity to correct them. Where the complaint relates to the quality of the cake then the cake, or remainder of the cake must be returned to us as soon as possible after cutting and within 48 hours of collection or delivery to ensure that we can fairly assess the nature of the complaint. GDPR order information can only be disclosed to the person placing the order. DELIVERIES we offer free local delivery within the BB5 area when spending a minimum of Β£10 per order. Our main deliveries take place on Saturday mornings between 9.30am and midday and at agreed appointment times Monday to Friday. If you are not in to receive your order, unfortunately due to our daily schedule, we are unable to re-deliver to you. We will however attempt to deliver to an immediate neighbour wherever possible and message you with this information.
