It’s been a while since we have uploaded anything we have baked but this one is special. A chocolate cake shaped like the famous Gruffalo, covered in chocolate buttercream and fondant detailing. A special cake for our son’s first birthday (hence the quietness on here too 😂)

The other bake for today as requested by Lotus Biscoff Chocolate Brownies. A gooey brownie filled with Biscoff biscuits, Biscoff spread and then topped with Biscoff buttercream and a biscuit. These will be making their way to Brands Hatch tomorrow for the Chasin’ the Racin’ team!
