6 inch vanilla sponge with vanilla buttercream (no jam please, as requested 🫶), finished with macarons, gold malteaser-style balls, and (my first use of) edible gold leaf! 👌❤️🤍💛

Top: 8inch vanilla sponge with vanilla buttercream filling and finish
Bottom: 10inch, double layer fruit cake with marzipan and fondant finish

Finishing touch was edible pearls 🫶

This one was a labour of love for some good friends - Happy 40th Anniversary Sybil and Ian!

I loved doing this cake! My first time trying different styles of cake pops for the planets - I had to remember not to add a 9th, I went to school a long time ago ok 🤣

Had way too much leftover icing, so matching cupcakes needed for sure! 👌☺️🧁
