What a day in Dundee ! ✨

I was buzzing from the incredible energy at the market! I just had to share a glimpse of the magic with you all. The absolute star of the show was the Sticky Toffee Pudding! As you can see in the photos, it was a busy one. But it was the aroma of the piping hot, silky toffee sauce that truly did the trick. As I was pouring it fresh over the puddings, the scent drifted through the air like a magnet—drawing people in from across the market until an amazing queue formed! 👣🔥
​The result? The Sticky Toffee Pudding was the very first thing to sell out! 🎈
​A massive thank you to everyone who waited patiently in line and to everyone who treated themselves to a portion of this sweet magic. Your smiles and kind words make every hour in the kitchen worth it.

While baking for my clients, I whipped up a treat for my husband, who is a walking "Error 404: Decision Not Found." Since he couldn’t choose, I put raspberries, blueberry, and cherries all on one cake—now he can't complain that I picked the ones he wasn't in the mood for! 😀 ☺️ 😃

Survived the ultimate kitchen challenge!
I baked a birthday cake for my sister-in-law in her kitchen without a single one of my tools. It turned out decent enough, but I basically felt like MacGyver fighting for my life with a whisk.
​The kitchen is still in one piece and the birthday girl is happy—I am calling that a win! 🥳✨

The Great Sour Cherry Hunt 🍒

​I whipped up a divine Chocolate Alcohol Sour Cherry bento cake, but finding fresh sour cherries for decoration was a total Mission: Failure—I only managed to find frozen ones! If anyone knows where to get them fresh in the UK, a bento cake is yours as a reward!

The "Black Magic" Struggle 🎂🖤
​Making a pure black cake for one of my favorite Beauty client felt like a top-tier mission. I spent ages chasing that perfect pigment, only for disaster to strike! While moving it to the box, things went sideways, and I had to perform a full "cake surgery" to save the day.
​It wasn't 100% perfect, but it was made with 1000% effort. At least I know it tasted divine! 😅✨
