​To keep giving you 100%, I need to step back, recharge my batteries, and focus on my health. 🔋✨

Happy Monday, sweet friends!

I’m still on cloud nine after an incredible Sunday at the Cortachy Highland Games ☀️✨

​A huge THANK YOU to the amazing organizers and to everyone who came to say hi. 🥰

The sun was shining, the vibes were top-tier, and the turnout was unreal! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿💖

​Here’s the crazy behind-the-scenes timeline: right after almost selling out at the Saturday market at Bridge of Don Men's Shed, I went straight back into the kitchen!
I baked late into Saturday night, then jumped out of bed at 4:00 AM on Sunday to bake huge batches of warm, fresh cinnamon rolls so they'd be piping hot and ready to go. 🥐⏰
​Seeing a queue form at my stall made every second of hard work so rewarding... because I SOLD OUT AGAIN! 🎉🧁

​Thank you for all the love and support. You are the absolute best! ✨

​It was such a wonderful day! The atmosphere was incredible, and the volunteers were an absolute lifesaver with setting up my stall—thank you so much for your helping hands!🙏🥰

The highlight of the market was definitely the cheesecake 🍰🏆
I even got a compliment from a fellow Pole who happened to be a chef! 👨‍🍳.He bought some and told me that while his mum bakes a good cheesecake, mine is excellent—though he admitted he can't say that out loud or his mum would be angry. I told him you can never beat a Polish mum 😉 , and honestly, that has to be the best compliment ever 🥰🙏🍰

Meet Your Baker - A Little Bit About Me

Hey everyone! 👋✨

​I wanted to take a moment to stop and say a huge, heartfelt THANK YOU to each and every one of you for supporting me and my small business!

​If someone had told me years ago where my journey would lead, I would never have believed them. I started my professional career in economics as an accountant, and later followed my passion as a beauty therapist.
Sadly, due to health issues, I had to close my beauty salon—a heartbreaking moment, but life clearly had another sweet path waiting for me. 🌸
​Baking has always been close to my heart, especially as my daughter-Natalia , was diagnosed with celiac disease and diabetes at just two years old.
For over two decades—she’s 25 now!—she was my biggest and most honest food critic, teaching me how to master gluten-free baking.
​The real turning point came when my daughter trusted me to create a full dessert table and savory snacks for her wedding with Saidas . Entrusting me with such a massive responsibility on their big day meant the world to me. The reaction from the guests was incredible—the praise and compliments I received that day sparked the inspiration to officially launch my Home Bakery! 🎂💫.

Nine months later, I’m still so grateful that you ( Natalia Butkus , Saidas Butkus ) trusted my baking skills and believed in me on your big day❤️🥰🙏

​Today, my menu offers something for absolutely everyone. While I am a dedicated celiac specialist strictly following all safety guidelines, I also bake delicious regular treats based on traditional Polish recipes passed down by my grandmother. Alongside these nostalgic classics, you’ll also find beloved UK favorites at my stall—like warm sticky toffee pudding, rich brownies, traditional Scottish tablet, and so much more!
​Taking my home bakes out to the public was a huge leap of faith, but from the Finn Market and Stonehaven Farmers Market to the Music Hall Craft & Flea, and beyond, every event has been an unbelievable success with such heartwarming feedback! 🥹✨

​I want to express my deepest gratitude to my family, friends, and especially to all of you, my amazing customers. Your support turns this dream into reality every single day.
​I hope you’ll follow my page to watch my progress as this incredible journey unfolds.
Most of all, I hope you enjoy eating my bakes as much as I love baking them for you! 🤍🍰
