Message from the chairman...

Well thats another year passed. Where has the time gone?

On Tuesday night the Bon Accord Steam Engine Club Committee met for the final monthly meeting prior to the rally. Time really has flown.

We look forward to welcoming you to Scotland's largest steam fair at Castle Fraser, Garden & Estate NTS in just 16 Days Time.

We have a slightly different layout this year so if you have been before you might be located elsewhere. Please do follow all instructions of any Commitee member and remember we are all volunteers. Please no shouting. 😁

I cant wait to put on the show again for everyone! I am so grateful for all the help and support the Club recieves. We have some exciting news to announce in the coming weeks!

Heres a little video of our dancing forklift driver! Hes going to hate me for this but Iain Macleod gives up his time to support the club with forklift work. Our secretary also has some pretty good moves! And Iain Macleod is just one of the volunteers who make it all possible! Il try and introduce the rest of the team as the weeks progress.

For now im off to look out the sun cream!

If you want to avoid queuing to purchase entry tickets at the Bon Accord Steam Engine Club rally being held at Castle Fraser, Garden & Estate NTS on 20 and 21 June you can buy them in advance.

Simply visit our website to purchase your tickets and you're all set for the Steam Fair. If you'd like to make a weekend of it visitor camping is also available to buy on the website.

With entries now closed the team at Bon Accord Steam Engine Club are now compiling them and stuffing the entry packs.

The Bon Accord Steam Engine Club Steam fair is a fun-filled, family-friendly day out that brings Scotland’s steam-powered past to life.

Perfect for all ages, we have a fascinating collection of working steam engines, vintage tractors, and classic vehicles that kids and adults alike will love exploring. There are exciting live demonstrations, interactive displays, and plenty of hands-on activities to keep little ones entertained.

Families can also enjoy a variety of food stalls, craft tents, and old-fashioned games in a relaxed countryside setting. With something for everyone, it’s a wonderful way to step back in time and make lasting memories together.
