The Role
Reporting to: Bev (Director) Hours: Full-time | 5 days per week, Monday to Sunday Availability, approx. 40 hours averaged out between the hours of 6:30am – some evenings and weekends required. Location: Aberdeen, with delivery duties across Aberdeenshire
This is a hands-on role. You will be accountable to the Director for the performance, standards, and culture of the operation on a day-to-day basis.
You will muck in — washing dishes, peeling potatoes and onions, serving customers, making food from scratch, cleaning, deliveries, admin.
Responsibilities
Work the bistro to the highest standards, every shift
Assist in bringing in new business; support sales and administration
Manage and motivate the small team; build a strong culture
Food preparation and front of house
Daily stock control and accurate record keeping — without exception
Maintain and uphold Standard Operating Procedures
Treat every customer as a unique individual; go above and beyond, every time

You must also hold a full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle.
