How it started
Hi,
My name is Monika. My adventure with cooking started when I was a little child. The most influential person in my life was my beloved grandmother who instilled in me the passion for great food. I learned a lot from her. Today, I would like to share this knowledge and wonderful tastes with you. I am very passionate about cooking and food preparation including delicious cakes and desserts. I also make a broad range of sugar paste models and figures to decorate my food or for individual requests. My products use only the highest quality of ingredients. I am myself gluten intolerant and therefore understand the needs of people with different food allergies. I make various kind of gluten free food as well as food for diabetics, lactose intolerant, and many others. I adhere to the highest cleanliness and hygiene standards in my kitchen. I use Thermomix, a device that allows me to make homemade ingredients such as butter, flour, broths, custard. These basic ingredients are then used for my cooking.
I make everything from scratch, by hand. I never use moulds for my figures - that is why all of them are unique.
I also love painting - currently using acrylic paints. My grandfather taught me the fundamentals and I developed my skills over the years.
