Our mixer is back from the dead! 💪🏻

A huge thank you to our lovely neighbour, Tom, who came to the rescue and got it working again. You’re a legend! 🙌🏼

We’re cautiously optimistic and hoping it doesn’t decide to throw another tantrum. 🤞😅

Today’s bake is a little smaller than usual while we make sure everything is behaving, but we’re hoping to be back to normal tomorrow.

Beautiful sunshine today… but unfortunately our bakery news isn’t quite as bright. ☀️💔

Our mixer has broken, which means we’ve had to make a few changes this weekend.

If you’ve been thinking about picking up a sourdough loaf, today is the day! We won’t have any bread available for the rest of the weekend.

Our pastries will be available today and tomorrow, but we won’t be opening on Sunday.

Thank you so much for your understanding and support—we’re hoping to be back to normal as soon as possible. 🤍

Important Notice 💛

Dear Fittie Bakery customers,

I would like to let you know that I will be undergoing surgery this week. Because of this, Fittie Bakery will be closed on June 12th, 13th, and 14th.

We will only be providing catering services for the two yoga events taking place at Fittie Hall on Sunday.

Thank you for your understanding, support, and kindness during this time. I truly appreciate it.

We look forward to welcoming you back the following weekend, June 19th, 20th, and 21st.
