It has been a while since I last posted anything and that’s because I’ve been on maternity leave with my little boy. But every good leave has to finish at some point and time has come to end for me, it’s my first week back at work and wow does it feel good to be back doing what I so love. For anyone who doesn’t know I no longer run my own business but now work for and Wild Goose making the pastries from scratch just as I did when I had my own business. Pastries will be back from tomorrow morning so watch this space as there is a lot of content to reappear, ready steady bake!!

Good Morning, here we are again it’s Monday and though the sun might not be shining, our pastries are, beautifully hand laminated freshly baked goods are ready and waiting to be enjoyed. What more do you want on a Monday morning!
