I have been a bit quiet recently, enjoying the summer break, but I have been busy in the kitchen! Here are some of the cakes that have gone out in the last two weeks.

A Scooby Doo themed Birthday cake for the Birthday Boy! I loved making this cake. Chocolate sponge with chocolate buttercream and ganache covered in fondant. Mystery Machine was made out of Rice Krispy treats and Scooby was modelled using both edible!
