Another incredible monthly challenge for our Le Baking Club members 🐝🤍
This month we made Honey Meringue Beehive Cakes inspired by the little beehives in the Luxembourg Gardens in Paris, where once a year they actually sell the honey from them 🍯✨
The dessert itself was a honey meringue beehive filled with tangy honey frozen yogurt and honestly… the combination was INCREDIBLE👀
One of my favourite things about Le Baking Club is getting to introduce members to new techniques and challenge them with projects they maybe wouldn’t normally try on their own. This month included Italian meringue, piping, homemade marzipan bees, and frozen yogurt! Definitely one of those bakes that felt extra rewarding once it all came together 🥹
And every single month I’m reminded how talented, creative, and encouraging this community is. Seeing everyone take the same recipe and completely make it their own is honestly one of my favourite parts of the club 🤍
I know how much time, effort, and care went into these creations and I’m just so proud of everyone who joined in this month. Truly the sweetest little baking community 🍯
