I did this video soon after the pumpkin festival at opened this morning, and then got a queue of customers for our crêpes - and didn't get chance to post it!

A lovely sunset on arrival, almost no wind meaning we got the gazebo set up more easily than we thought it could be - and put up our new menu boards.

It was seeming like the forecast was pessimistic because there was less wind and rain than had been said. At least, that was the case until about 2.30 - after which they were correct 🌧️

We got packed up, home again and now need a clear day to dry everything out!

Thanks to everyone who bought a crêpe from us today!

Provided the wind is not too strong first thing tomorrow morning so we can get our gazebo set up we will be at the Pumpkin Festival until it closes - all our usual savoury and sweet options, plus the Pumpkin Festival special of toffee apple.

Look forward to seeing people there tomorrow!

Due to the forecast high winds, we’ve had to make a few changes to Pumpkin Festival this weekend to keep everyone safe ❤️

✅ Friday: Open as planned until 9pm, including Morgan Wallen Tribute UK.

⚠️ Saturday: Last entry will be 2pm and the festival will fully close at 4pm. Any bookings after 2pm will be cancelled.

❌ Sunday: Closed all day.

If your booking is cancelled, it will be converted into a gift voucher valid for 12 months, which can be used for another Pumpkin Festival date, Fireworks on the Farm, or any of our seasonal events throughout the year.

If you’d prefer a refund instead, please email [email protected] with your booking reference.

We’ll keep monitoring the forecast and update you if anything changes. Thank you so much for your understanding and support 🎃❤️

Last weekend was brilliant - the atmosphere at Pumpkin Festival was really positive, so many people telling us what a great day they were having. Apart from a brief shower on Sunday the weather was amazing.

Massive thank you to Farmer Copleys for putting on the festival and all the effort that goes into creating the experience everyone has, all the staff involved and most of all, the lovely people who bought crêpes from us - we genuinely enjoyed serving you all.

Back again this weekend and really looking forward to it!

Arrived at Pumpkin Festival early this morning to see a fabulous sunrise.

All set up ready for the first visitors arriving at 9am and we've been really busy since then - great to see so many people here enjoying themselves, and enjoying our savoury sweet crêpes.

This weekend is sold out so no walk-ins available unfortunately - but get your tickets booked quickly for the other days if you want to come and experience this wonderful festival.

We are at Pumpkin Festival all weekend, the sun is shining at the moment, but it's a bit windy! Forecast is dry for the rest of the weekend though!

Lots of tickets sold, and we've had a busy morning so far, but it's possible to pay at the gate today so come along and enjoy the fun - live music late afternoon/early evening too.

All our usual savoury and sweet options available, along with toffee apple special with delicious homemade toffee!

We will be at Pumpkin Festival this weekend - the largest pumpkin festival in the UK. There are over 60 varieties of pumpkin available - more than the number of options for toppings on our crêpes!

We'll have all our usual savoury and sweet options available along with a pumpkin festival special of toffee apple - the toffee is made and, we think, really good!

We are at the Pumpkin Festival for the next three weekends, dates are
October 10th/11th
October 17th/18th
October 24th/25th

We make our galettes (savoury crêpes) with buckwheat flour so were really pleased to see buckwheat growing in the field behind our house - it would be great to have the main ingredient grown so locally.

Unfortunately it is probably only a cover crop because there are broad beans growing too, so it looks like we'll be sticking with the excellent buckwheat flour we buy from for a while!
