I make Elderflower cordials from which I produce a finished drink called SurO, a delicious sparkling elderflower presse ready to drink, no dilution. To make the cordial the elderflowers are lovingly hand picked locally by me and transformed into these delicious cordials stories my home. Using only 100% natural ingredients, No colouring, no preservatives, just an inner passion for this natural family favorite drink from the hedgerows to the bottle! Its deliciously refreshing as a Non Alcoholic drink with flat or fizzy water. For an alcoholic drink add it to white, rosé or sparkling wines like a kir or spritzer, or try it with Gin or vodka with lots of ice and fizzy water. I always recommend adding a slice of cucumber or lemon and some mint leaves too. Don't forget you can use the cordials in recipies as a flavouring, in sorbets or on fruits salads.....
