Thank you Kara for asking me to make this afternoon tea for an amazing 90th Birthday celebration... Club Sandwich, prawn cocktail, chicken Waldorf, Egg mayo, Brie & red current, & cucumber Sandwiches, a selection of pastries, cream cheese, bacon & chilli jam parcels, prosciutto & caramelised onion spiral, french onion tart along with Sausage rolls & cheese and onion rolls. For desert fresh filled scones, Bakewell tart & Baileys millionaire shortbread...
