Breakfast Burrito Bonanza 🌯✨
A hearty, grab-and-go breakfast packed with cheesy, savory goodness! Perfect for busy mornings or leisurely brunches.
Ingredients
6 large flour tortillas
8 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 lb breakfast sausage or bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup diced bell peppers
1/2 cup diced onion
1 cup cooked hash browns
Optional: salsa, sour cream, and avocado slices for serving
Directions
Prepare Eggs: In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and scramble the eggs until just set. Remove from heat.
Warm Tortillas: Heat tortillas in the microwave or on a skillet to make them soft and pliable.
Assemble Burritos: Layer each tortilla with scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon, cheese, bell peppers, onion, and hash browns. Add optional toppings like salsa or avocado, if desired.
Wrap It Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly into a burrito.
Serve or Store: Serve immediately, wrap in foil for on-the-go, or freeze for later. To reheat, use a microwave or oven.
