Brownie bites - one of the best smells in the world! Freshly baked brownies. These are a chunk rather than a bite, but delicious none the less! Do you prefer the gooey middle of a brownie, or the cakey edges?

A customised chocolate orange cake! 4 layers of sponge, 2 chocolate, 2 orange coated in ganache and chocolate orange buttercream, filled with chocolate ganache and orange marmalade. I had a lot of fun making this one!

Happy New Month everyone! I love March, all the flowers are starting to bloom and at the end of the month the clocks spring forward!
This is also the month for Mothers Day (in the UK) we have until 27/03, a Mothers Day cupcake box for the special Mum, Grandma, Auntie or anyone in your life. These boxes will be back again from 01/05 - 29/05 to celebrate the French Mothers Day.
These cupcakes are customisable and come in boxes of 6 or 12, wrapped beautifully with ribbon from only €15.
Choose your mums favourite flavour filling, chocolate ganache/lemon curd/Nutella/jam/caramel/mocha. If I've not got your mums favourite, let me know and I will work my magic.
As usual, these are available for free delivery within 25km of Hambye, and collection is also available.

Just one of my boxes going out yesterday after a busy weekend. Thank you to everyone that's ordered and thanks to all those who made this months treat box a sell out!!!
These lovely cupcakes were for a lady who was having a triple birthday celebration and wanted something special to celebrate.

I know I say this all the time but... I LOVE this cake!
A Biscoff sponge with layered with Biscoff spread and covered with Biscoff icing and a Biscoff drip and Lotus Biscoff biscuit. A definite Biscoff overload!
