A winter wonderland! So much fun to create this with the super playful 🐧! Apart from elsa, she was a nightmare 😂 she took three goes to get her to an acceptable finished product 🫠. Happy 5th birthday!

I absolutely loved this request! I had an online order from an American company, and the follow up email explained that they had an employee doing an exchange in annecy, and that it was their birthday.

This company sends cupcakes to all of their employees on their birthday, and would I be able to help make this celebration special by delivering some freshly made cupcakes? Yes I could! 🤩

This is what I miss about working for someone else, having a team, celebrating together (even when far apart!), sharing your ideas, your lives.

I have worked in some excellent teams who shared similar people values to the one who ordered these cupcakes and I have made some incredible friends through work 💕 whom I think about and am in touch with so often.

A very happy birthday to Cole, I hope that you celebrated your birthday well 💝

A little change in format to celebrate nine months of this little lady, with autumn firmly setting in and pumpkin cake on the menu!

An excellent lunch Le Café de la Poste today, I forgot to take any pics of the food before it was all thoroughly enjoyed, but I did take a pic of this local magazine from 1968 which was charming!

These days, I rarely bake just for the pleasure of it. Yesterday, I was in one of my favourite bakeries sbs they had babka for sale..... I didn't want one slice, I wanted the whole loaf, so that was today's baking project. Chocolate, hazelnut and orange babka!
