And so are our new opening hours 🥰 Next week we will open our evening service after a veeery long break. We’ll be open on evenings from Wednesday to Saturday, serving starters, pastas and, for dessert, some delicious tiramisu 🍝🐟 - with a wide list of natural wines, obviously 🍷.

Today is the last day of our restaurant manager, Leif. We have been extremely lucky to have him, and we’re so thankful for the time he spent with us. He definitely left Way in better shape than it was without him - something we won’t forget 🥺 Wishing only the best to you dear Leif, for all the new and exciting things in life 💘 You’ll be missed!

Our friend from , is coming to Helsinki to cook some amazing food at our Lippakioski, on Thursday 18.8, from 17 onwards. Let Me Wine will be there, pouring their delicious wines.
ON THE MENU: Fish, oysters, zucchini, cucumber and other treats from the sea and the garden
We are currently on the lookout for a Restaurant Manager to take the reigns at Way. As manager you will be responsible for the efficient running of the cafe and bakery and have exciting responsibilities working alongside our head chef and head baker in continuing the success of the Way Bakery.
Experience with coffee is essential, and interest on wines is preferable. You should have experience in leadership and management with good communication skills. This is a position with many spinning plates so you must be adaptable and work well under pressure. It’s a role that will be extremely rewarding for the right person.
Ideally you will be ready to join us in early August. Applications are open until 3rd of August and we will respond to all applicants by 5.8 latest.

On Friday we will be open from 8-12 serving coffee and pastries.
Then we will be closed for the midsummer weekend while our staff take a much deserved break.
