The Story Behind Alfredo’s 🇵🇭❤️🇫🇮

Alfredo’s was born in Finland from a love of Filipino food, family traditions, and a dream of sharing the rich flavors of the Philippines with our community.

Our inspiration comes from my late father, Alfredo Ibarra, who taught me how to cook, appreciate good food, and put love and passion into every dish. His dedication to Filipino cuisine left a legacy that continues to live in our hearts.

Together with my wife, Hydxel Ibarra, whose passion lies in baking pastries and creating Filipino sweet delicacies, we turned our shared love for food into Alfredo’s. Combining traditional Filipino flavors with our own creativity, we bring a taste of home to Finland—one dish and one sweet treat at a time.

Today, Alfredo’s is more than just a food business. It is our way of honoring my father’s memory, keeping Filipino food traditions alive, and sharing our culture, love, and heritage with every customer we serve.
