Our breads are naturally-leavened and handmade using local and organic flours, and our French pastries are hand-laminated.

I figured it was about time for a well overdue update on social media: My family and I have just moved to Barcelona (Spain), so D'argent Bakery-Minneapolis is closed for the foreseeable future. In light of the war currently unfolding in Ukraine, I have decided to donate 100% of the profits from this week's country bread to in order to help feed the hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians who had to flee their country. This week's country bread is made with whole Turkey Red wheat, which was first imported to the United States by Mennonites fleeing Ukraine in 1874.
