Hello Vic’s Cake Shop followers! I have missed you all. Been MIA for quite too long. From Yokosuka, Japan to Rota, Spain. Finally feeling settled in our new home. Here’s one of the first cakes I’ve made here. 🧜‍♀️

I've always wanted to make a collage cake. So, when a close friend of mine asked if I can make a birthday cake for her and her husband for their joint birthday party it was the perfect opportunity. Printed with edible ink and edible paper. Although the quality of the edible paper was not the best (it was all I had and didn't have time to order), I still ended up loving this cake. :)

My little man's birthday set up. He loves to watch Ni Hao, Kai-Lan every morning so it was the perfect opportunity for me to make this his birthday theme. It was so much fun and colorful!

My son's 3rd birthday cake. Ni Hao, Kai-Lan theme. Had such a fun time making this cake and everything else for his party. It took me SEVEN hours to make the character toppers! Everything you see here is edible. :)

I wished I could’ve taken a picture of my very first cake ever. It was a disaster!! Practice makes perfect everyone.
