Good morning ☀️

Well, yesterday's bag cake seems to have caused quite a stir! Thank you for all the lovely comments, messages and shares. I absolutely loved making it.
Now, if anyone would like to provide me with an excuse to make a Dior bag cake next, that would be greatly appreciated... purely for professional development purposes of course 😏👜

A little diary update for you all...
📖 June is fully booked
📖 July is almost full
📖 Sarah is slightly behind on messages
The first two are great news. The third is a recurring personality trait at this point 😂 but all outstanding message will be replied to today

I have had a few enquiries recently asking if I make celebration cakes for very small gatherings of 2-4 people. The answer is absolutely yes! Not every celebration needs a giant cake, but every celebration deserves good cake. I'll be putting together a post this week with some options for smaller cakes.

This week is all about Father's Day preparations. The kitchen is about to become a production line of brownies, cookies, cupcakes and buttercream. I can't wait to see so many of you next weekend.
As always, if I have any spare Father's Day boxes, they'll be posted on the page. I do currently have one small treat box available if anyone wants to claim it before someone else beats them to it. (Now gone)

These Sunday posts have become one of my favourite things. A little weekly catch-up before I disappear into the kitchen and lose all concept of time, days and how many kilos of butter I've used this week.

This Louis Vuitton Speedy bag went out for a special birthday this week.

Inside was 4 layers of vanilla and jam, covered in white chocolate ganache and finished with the iconic Louis Vuitton canvas print.
A cake that looks the part and tastes incredible too.
