Are you an artisan baker or confectioner looking for a new challenge – and a better quality of life?

Palma Bread is now hiring on beautiful Mallorca. We’re looking for a skilled artisan baker/confectioner who wants to be challenged in a warm, supportive culture and work with top-quality products in a bakery that has grown rapidly and is now recognised as one of Mallorca’s leading bakeries.

You enjoy variety, an international atmosphere, and are driven by development and new challenges. If you’re familiar with classic Swedish pastries and cinnamon buns, that’s a big plus – and we can promise great opportunities.

You will work side by side with our talented and friendly team of experienced bakers and confectioners. We’re looking for someone energetic, forward-thinking and reasonably structured, with a great “fingertip feel” for pastries, buns and laminated doughs. Knowledge of sourdough and long, slow fermentation is a strong advantage.

We offer good working conditions, a great team of around 30 colleagues, inspiring workshops with highly skilled bakers/confectioners, opportunities for personal growth, and an exciting role in a wonderful environment. For the right candidate, we may also be able to arrange or help with accommodation.

Buscamos una persona responsable y con buen trato para un trabajo a tiempo parcial como repartidor/a de nuestro pan, bollería y pasteles frescos, 2–3 mañanas a la semana temprano, para nuestras tiendas en Palma.

Perfecto para estudiantes o quienes buscan un trabajo extra. Compartirás el puesto con otros/as conductores/as.

También ayudarás con el almacén y, a veces, recogerás harina e ingredientes para la panadería.

Horario: 05:00–09:00, cualquier día de la semana, 2–3 días por semana, con flexibilidad para intercambiar turnos con tus compañeros/as.

Perfect for students or anyone looking for a side job! You’ll share the role with our other drivers.

Working hours: 05:00–09:00, any day of the week, 2–3 days per week – with flexibility to swap shifts with your colleagues.

You will work side by side with our talented and lovely team of experienced bakers. We are looking for someone who has energy, is forward-thinking, somewhat structured, and has a great fingertip feeling for sourdough bread, buns, and laminated doughs, and who takes pride in producing at the highest level!

Estamos horneando nuestros deliciosos bollos de azafrán con azafrán español de primera calidad, macerado en coñac y jarabe para un sabor puro y auténtico. 🧡 Estos preciosos bollos con forma de ovillo están rellenos de pasta de almendras, zumo de naranja recién exprimido y una generosa cantidad de ralladura de naranja. ¡Un verdadero imprescindible! 🍊
