Today in Rota ♥️

Looking at today’s pictures, all I feel is gratitude.
A market that welcomed me with open arms, a beautiful community, and people who came to buy my products, support me, and share smiles and kind words.

I am honored, happy, and deeply grateful that I can bring joy through my bread and baked goods.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who came today!
You waited patiently, stood in line for the much-loved bread and the pastries prepared with so much care and love.
To me, that means everything!

Thank you for supporting our small business. Every product purchased, every compliment, and every kind message gives me the strength to continue this wonderful sourdough journey.

Today I received so many compliments, and I want to tell you honestly , they fill my soul.
They remind me that the long hours, the short nights, and all the passion put into every product reach exactly where they should: to people who appreciate handcrafted food made with love.

Special thanks also go to the Market organizers for their incredible work. Today they celebrated 1 year since opening the doors of this wonderful market, and they deserve all the congratulations!
We wish you many more beautiful events and many successful events.

We are preparing intensely to bring you the best sourdough bread and the most delicious sweet treats!

We’ll be at La Laguna Park on Sunday, June 7th, celebrating together the first anniversary of this Agro Artisan Market.

Alina’s Sourdough Baking With Love is waiting for you with carefully selected products — everything fresh and prepared with lots of love for you.

We start at 10:00 AM and will be there until 2:00 PM.

We know many of you are waiting, asking, and getting excited about our opening… and trust us, nobody wants to open these doors more than we do ❤️

Many of you ask us daily: When are you opening?

If it were entirely up to us, the answer would be: already !

The truth is, opening a new space comes with more challenges than we ever imagined.

We are currently waiting for the final licenses and paperwork to be completed before we can officially open our doors.
Our location will be in Sabinillas , and we are so excited to finally share that with you.

Please know this: we are not standing still.
We are working day and night behind the scenes, preparing every detail, baking, planning, organizing, and getting everything ready so that when we do open, it will be worth the wait.

The concept is something really special to us, and we truly hope you will love it.

We’re making a few changes and adding our own touch 🤗
We wish we could tell you everything now… but we’ll let you stay curious a little longer 🙈

What we can promise is this:
it will always be baking with love, real authentic sourdough, crafted from scratch, and a place built with passion & ❤️.

From Spain to Romania 🇪🇸➡️🇷🇴
When our sourdough bread reaches all the way to Romania, words truly are not enough ❤️
For me, this means more than just bread ,it means hours of work, care for health, respect for the process, and love for what I do.

There is no greater joy than knowing that what I create with my own hands reaches people who appreciate craftsmanship, clean ingredients, health, and authentic taste.

You came once again to support me, and today we had an amazing SOLD OUT of all my sourdough products ❤️🙏🌾

You are absolutely wonderful, and I’m so grateful for every person who visited our stand at Castillo de la Duquesa.

A special thank you to the Romanian community who came today and showed their support ❤️🇷🇴🙏

Special thanks as well to those who came especially to buy my bread for the very first time . It means so much to me to see more and more people discovering the taste of real authentic bread, made with patience, passion, and love 🌾♥️

That special moment has arrived once again the moment when we are proud to represent our beautiful country here in Spain, in Manilva, at an exceptional event organised by the Delegacion de Extranjeros from Manilva.

I am proud to represent Romania with Vicky cakes & sweets this weekend at the International Gathering and Family Day 🇷🇴

We are bringing some of the most delicious artisan products, traditional flavors, and authentic Romanian treats for everyone to enjoy.

Come and discover our culture, traditions, and beautiful Romanian folk costumes, symbols of our roots and identity. ❤️💛💙

And don’t miss the most famous Romanian traditional dance, the Romanian Hora, come dance with us and experience the joy of our folklore! 💃🇷🇴

🕡Sarurday at 6:30 PM, Romania’s first performance will begin, featuring the wonderful folk dance group “Suflet Romanesc”& Traditii, who will delight us with traditional Romanian music and dance.

We warmly invite you to be part of this beautiful celebration where Romania proudly presents its traditions, artisan foods, sweets, music, dance, and authentic culture. 🇷🇴❤️
