TastyCakes Madrid was born out of the desire to have homemade American-style baked goods, no matter the location. Susan Kellerman grew up in a family of self-taught cooks and bakers and has carried this love with her throughout her time living in both Moshi, Tanzania and Madrid, Spain. Honing baking skills in foreign countries forced her to understand better the science

behind baking, which has since motivated her to seek out the tastiest of any dessert recipe. Bringing the highest level of balanced taste and texture to cupcakes, cakes, and other sweet treats along with introducing interesting flavor combinations is the philosophy of TastyCakes. Now, after 20+ years of teaching music as a full-time job, Susan is combining this baking knowledge with her desire to help others by offering real-time classes. The cornerstone of each session is understanding ingredients and procedures, increasing kitchen confidence, and personalizing experiences. We hope that you choose to enjoy one of our creations or classes soon!

📅 Weekend celebration - at least a week in advance

📅 Weekday celebration - at least 5 days in advance

Each order is made fresh, from scratch, just for you, and that takes time to do properly. The more notice you give me, the better I can take care of you.

Orders within 3 days are subject to availability and will carry a rush charge … and anything for the next day simply isn't possible. Plan ahead and your cake will thank you for it!

The secret to a deeply rich chocolate cake? It’s not just cocoa powder - it’s the combination of cocoa and real melted chocolate. That’s what gives you the fudgy crumb, the rounded depth of flavor, and a taste that actually says chocolate, not just sweet.
