Everything began with a passion for baking and the idea of creating something truly special, delicious, high-quality, and made with complete transparency.
Everyone should know exactly what they’re eating.
It wasn’t easy. More than once we changed our recipes, tested different flours, and checked how temperature and humidity affected the way the dough fermented and rose. 🤒
Beginnings are always challenging, especially when it comes to a process as complex as baking, and even more so on a larger scale.
As we celebrate La Barra’s birthday, we wanted to share a little more of our story with you and show you what was happening long before we arrived in sunny Andalusia. 🤎
