Hej, Hola, Hello! I’m the person behind Casa Fika 🤍

A Swedish mama in Spain who started baking gluten-free (and lactose-free) because my daughter is gluten intolerant.
I’ve always loved creating, and this is where it all came together. 👩🏼‍🍳

What began as a need at home quickly became something more. Because I know we’re not alone in missing those simple, cozy fika moments.

The smell of cinnamon buns, a soft carrot cake, something sweet to share , without worry.🧁

Casa Fika is my way of creating that again.

These buns started with my daughter 💛

She is gluten intolerant, and I wanted her to still be able to enjoy really good baked treats. So I started baking myself, completely gluten-free and lactose-free.

Now I’m doing test bakes for my small home bakery Casa Fika, where I make gluten & lactose -free versions of baked favourites like cinnamon buns, carrot cakes, cup cakes and ”semlor” 🇸🇪
