In German we call it “Brötchen”, in English we would rather call it a sandwich.

Brötchen means as much as “little bread” and is the most current food for every occasion there is. In Germany there are “Brötchen” in all kinds of ways, made from different kinds of breads and with many different fillings. 🥨

Here at Steinofenbäcker Barcelona we offer sandwiches made from our “Laugenspitz” (Bretzel type bread), from our “Müsli Brötchen” (our cereal bread roll), from our “Goldstückchen” (“piece of gold”) and more.
