"كوكيز نخالة الشوفان 🍪🍪"

**المقادير:

٧٥جم نخالة شوفان مورنفليك
١٢٥جم لوز مطحون
٥٠جم سكر جوز هند
١٠٠جم زبدة فول سودانى
١٠٠جم شكولاتة داكنة
٣٥جم زيت جوز هند
٢٥مل شراب قيقب (مابل سيرب)او ٣معالق عسل ابيض
٤٠ جم قطع شكولاتة داكنة للتزيين

**الطريقة:

• يتم تسخين الفرن عند درجة حرارة ١٨٠.

• باستخدام حمام مائى يتم اذابة زبدة الفول السودانى مع الشكولاتة مع زيت جوز الهند.

• يتم خلط المكونات الجافة معا فى اناء عميق.

• يسكب خليط الشكولاتة المذابة على المكونات الجافة ويضاف المابل سيرب وقطع الشكولاتة ويخلط جيدا حتى تتماسك.

• يتم تشكيل الكوكيز كما بالصورة وتخبز فى الفرن لمدة ١٠دقائق.

• توضع على وعاء شبكى للتهوية وحتى تهدأ تماما ويتم تناولها فى خلال ٤ايام.
