At our bakery, we do things the old-school way — natural fermentation, long resting hours, and dough made with love.

From flaky croissants to chewy bagels, airy focaccia, and even our donuts… everything starts with sourdough.

We’re still putting the final touches on our little cozy space, but the ovens are getting ready 👩🏻‍🍳✨
