The factories are located in Attaqa Industrial Zone overlooking the Gulf of Suez and the head office is located in Cairo. The company’s vision is to set up a state-of-the-art, fully integrated food industry. Five Star Flour Mills has a production capacity of 2,200 metric tons daily and is the largest single flour mill by capacity in the whole country. This is in addition to a storage capacity of 1
75,000 metric tons of grain silos, and a discharge berth located at Adabiya Port in Suez equipped with a 600 tonnes per hour grain unloader tower. The milling lines are equipped with the most up-to-date flour milling technology available in the industry and are manufactured and equipped by Buhler of Switzerland. The flour mill also has a stand alone mixing plant for the production of ready mixes and household flour offering 25 special and ready mixed products.
تأسست شركة مطاحن الخمس نجوم عام 1995 وهى إستثمار مصري اجنبي. وتقع مصانع الشركة في المنطقة الصناعية بعتاقة والتي تطل على خليج السويس في حين تقع إدارة الشركة بالقاهرة. ومنذ تأسيسها تسعى الشركة لتحقيق رؤية خاصة وهي إرساء صناعة غذائية متكاملة على أسس علمية وبتكنولوجيا فريدة ومتطورة.
وتبلغ الطاقة الإنتاجية لمصانع الشركة 2200 طن يومياً. هذا بالإضافة إلى سعة تخزينية بصوامع الغلال تقدر طاقتها ب 175 ألف طن، ويوجد مرسى خاص بميناء الأدبية بمحافظة السويس مجهز ببرج لتفريغ الحبوب من السفن الكبيرة بطاقة تصل إلى 600 طن في الساعة.
هذا وقد تم تجهيز خطوط الإنتاج بالشركة بأحدث تكنولوجيا لطحن القمح بالعالم والتي تم تصنيعها وتوريدها بواسطة شركة بوهللر السويسرية وهي الشركة الرائدة عالميا ذات الخبرة الفائقة في تلك الصناعة. كما تحتوي مطاحن الشركة على وحدة خلط منفصلة لتصنيع حوالي 25 نوعاً من خلطات الكيك والخلطات الجاهزة من الدقيق.
