UNFPA has reached 124,000+ people with life-saving services, but needs are rising fast.

Urgent funding is needed now—women and girls cannot wait.

Renewed hostilities and repeated displacement have forced over 1 million people from their homes, with women and girls among the most affected. An estimated 390,000 women of reproductive age, including 16,000 pregnant women, are struggling to access safe maternal care as health facilities are damaged or closed. Overcrowded shelters are also heightening protection risks, including gender-based violence.

UNFPA is urgently scaling up life-saving sexual and reproductive health and gender-based violence services and is appealing for US$25 million to support 450,000 people.
