Our Story & Vision

Cakes by Ellie was founded by Elena Dorzh, a passionate baker who collected the baking experience and traditions of Europe, USA, Canada, Russia to deliver the best flavours to you.

First Cakes by Ellie was a home bakery, where Elena started to make cakes by herself only, which soon outgrew the home scale and was transformed into Cake Studio & kitchen in Pearl Hotel, Maadi, which now can delight more people with premium quality cakes and desserts.

All our cakes are 100% natural, we don't use any preservatives, or ready mixes, we make it all from scratch using the best fresh ingredients. In our Studio ‘Cakes by Ellie’ we are happy to share the experience with you that's why we host our group workshops and classes for baking and decorating suitable for different levels, from beginners to advanced. Our classes are held to bring you not only knowledge but also fun, to spend good time in a warm atmosphere of creating the sweet delights with other cake lovers! Get your inspiration with us!
