Going back to our roots.

We at Sandy's Kitchen, started out 2 years ago, just as the first lockdown of Covid started.

When we first opened, we just made our Traditional Hot Cross Buns, bringing a taste from home to the multitude of expats that were grounded here for Easter. From there, we added more delicious treats to our menu.

And, as they say, the rest is history 🤷🏽‍♀️

We are so looking forward to bringing back the memories again this year.

So far we have orders for cookies, scones, cheesy loaves, apple pies, chocolate muffins, and English crumpets.

I know we've been quiet, on Facebook, lately, but that doesn't mean we have been quiet in the kitchen...

We have still been baking up a storm, and quiches seem to have been the order of the past 2 weeks. In total we have baked about 10 quiches, 4 dozen English muffins, scones, cookies, crumpets, apple pies, various muffins, and of course, the item I love to hate, Lamingtons. 🥰

We are still open to take orders for delivery this Friday. So pop me a PM with your tummy's desire.

We, at Sandy's Kitchen, are all about love! And we want to share the love with you!

Introducing our new Valentines Boxes. Each box will be packed full of our delectable treats, beautifully wrapped, and ready for your loved ones!
(Perfect for teacher gifts, hint, hint😏)

We have two sizes, Large and Medium.

The large box is 200le, and contains:
☆4 x Red Velvet Muffins.
☆4 x Red Velvet Cookies
☆2 x Choc Shortbread People
☆6 x Choc Shortbread Hearts.
☆4 x Pieces of Creamy, Homemade Fudge.

The medium box is 100le, and contains:
☆2 x Red Velvet Muffins.
☆4x Red Velvet Cookies
☆2x Choc Shortbread People
☆2 x Choc Shortbread Hearts.
☆2 x Pieces of Creamy, Homemade Fudge.

Our boxes will be available from this weekend, till the end of February.

Ok, so, I decided to get creative, and combine 2 of my mom's favourite tastes. Our signature pie crust, and strawberries.

All I can say is....

WOW!

Never in my life, have I tastes such deliciousness!

It felt like fairies, dancing on my tongue, covering my taste buds with strawberry kisses.

Seriously, I thought my apple crumble was amazing, but this strawberry crumble just took it to a whole new level!

Growing up, we had a lovely family tradition. When it was our birthday, we were allowed to choose a main dish, and a dessert for our special meal.

My brothers would always choose my homemade hamburgers, and my delicious apple crumble.

So when one our our beautiful customers ordered an apple crumble, I made a mini one for myself.

Took me straight back to my childhood. Cold winter nights, the smell of apple and cinnamon, baking slowly in the oven. 🥧

Introducing our delightful, melt-in-your-mouth, choc shortbread.

12 individual cookies, drizzled with creamy white chocolate, 60le.

6 double, sandwiche cookies, smooshed together by delicious white chocolate cream, 60le.

Colours for the sandwich cookies can be customised, but let's face it, we all know the month of love is just around the corner. 😉
