When I tell anyone that I have learned Japanese language, went to Japan and working in a Japanese agency, the first question comes to their minds is “Can you eat this raw fish” or “Oh,,your eyes became small like Japanese”. I really want to change this image, this stereotype idea is driving me crazy,, It’s the same when some foreigners ask Egyptians, do you go to work by camels!! Or do you live in tents in the desert? Through my bread baking project, I will try to let people know more about this mysterious country, about those people with small eyes who decided to change their lives by themselves, who within 50 years became the world’s first leading country ….
