Served sweet, savoury, with a topping of your choice, filled with our delicious ice cream! Also known as Kürtöskalács in Hungarian, It is a spit cake, chimney cakes are delicious and unique freshly baked Hungarian pastries, named after their hollow, cylindrical shape. Our Chimneys are made with only premium quality, all-natural ingredients from scratch by hand each day and are baked, not fried, ro

lled by hand and baked using a traditional-style rotisserie grill, just like on the streets of Budapest. The dough is raised, then rolled out and wrapped like a ribbon around a circular baking dowel, and rolled in granulated sugar. They are then baked fresh before your eyes over our special rotisserie Chimney grill, until the surface becomes golden-brown. While baking, the sugar caramelizes providing a crispy crunch in every bite. The freshly baked dough on the inside remains fluffy and soft, filled with Ice-cream with several varieties of toppings, one of the best piece of bread you’ll ever eat. With our traditional grill and baking methods, we are proud to bring this delicious and unique sweet or savoury treat to you at Mirage Mini-Mall, Alexandria, Egypt. Our Chimney are great for a meal, a snack or anytime you feel the need for something deliciously different! We have more sweets and delicious plates coming more!
