Our Story..

Our passion for bread and pastries all started during our last visit to Weinheim, Germany where we decided to learn the technical knowledge and craft skills of German baking at the German National Bakers Academy. It was such an enriching experience that enabled us to know all about the art and science of professional baking.

In an attempt to implement what we studied in Germany, we opened our first branch in Alexandria, Egypt, aiming at providing freshly baked bread and pastries that mix between the western and local flavors. Aly's Bäckerei uses local ingredients and serves a wide variety of local breads that are meticulously baked with western strategies. In addition, all kinds of German breads and pastries are available by order. When it comes to catering big events, we’re perpetually willing to add exquisitely delicious German flavors along with Eastern sweetness to your catering tables, ensuring your event will be one to remember. Our dear customers are more than welcome to our bakery shop anytime during the day to try our mouthwatering products with their favorite coffee.
