Paul's Bagels Making authentic hand rolled, water boiled bagels since 2012 **ORDERING INFO HERE**

Driven by the lack of decent bagels in Tallinn, we started making our own.

Its been 5 years now of refining our recipe and process(although the work is never done) and we have gone from a small home kitchen to supplying people all over Tallinn. personal orders are baked fresh for pickup and large orders are available for events. we have listed some popular flavors below, if you dont see the type you want below just ask about it, if we can get the ingredients we will make

whatever you want ! Bagels are ordered in 1 dozen batches, and each dozen is 20€ regardless of the type you want. savory flavors can mostly be mixed and matched per dozen, but i ask sweet flavors be the ordered as the full dozen. BAGEL FLAVORS

Savory:

-poppy
-onion
-garlic
-salt
-everything
-cheese
-Herb(you pick, rosemary, sage, ect)

Sweet:

-cinnamon raisin
-cinnamon sugar
-cranberry
-cranberry nut
-blueberry
