Check out the Woodworm cocktail with Bäska Droppar that gets its distinguishable flavor from wormwood.

Ingredients:
60ml Bäska Droppar20ml Lillet Blanc1 bar spoon maraschino liqueur1 dash absinthe1 dash orange bittersIceLemon peel

Combine the aquavit, Lillet, maraschino liqueur, absinthe and orange bitters in a mixing glass. Add ice and stir until cold, roughly 30 secs. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a twist lemon peel.

Mint snaps - A fresh kryddersnaps made from Brøndums Klar and mint. This snaps works well with fish dishes, jams and desserts.

Ingredients:
1 btl Brøndums Klar
4-5 mint sprigs

Pluck the mint sprigs to a bottle of Brøndums Klar. Let the snaps rest for 5-6 days. Filter out the mint sprigs and enjoy.

Bløødy Märy - A mellow bloody mary mixup for brunching, lunching or any time you like.

Ingredients:
60ml Gammal Norrlands Aquavit
60ml tomato juice
15ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 dashes celery bitters
Pinch fine sea salt
Pinch freshly ground black pepper
Pinch cayenne pepper
Twist of lemon peel, for garnish

Fill a shaker halfway with ice. Add the ingredients and shake well for at least 30 seconds, then strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.

This crabapple snaps is easy to do, but requires 3 months. After the wait is done, it works wonders with a cool dessert or a piece of delicious cake. Created by Cimbrerne snaps guild.

Ingredients:
1 btl Brøndums Klar
200-250g Crabapples (other apple varieties can also be used)

Preferably use red crabapple if possible. Slice the apples in half and put them in a canned container. Add the Brøndums Klar aquavit and let it rest for 3 months. Filter the liquid and place it in bottles or containers for later consumption.

Brøndums fact - The first distiller of the Brøndum family was Christen Anthon Brøndum who was born July 15, 1777. He was destined to become a carpenter like his father, but the life of a shoemaker was not for Christen. As a young man, he left for Copenhagen, the Danish capital and city of dreams, where he founded his own distillery at the age of 32.

Ingredients:
30ml O.P. Anderson Original
15ml dill-infused light rum
15ml Caloric Punch
30ml fresh lemon juice

Try out the Herrgroni, a Negroni with the malt whisky laced and sherry cask matured Herrgårds aquavit.

Ingredients:
30ml Herrgårds Aquavit
30ml ounce Cynar
30ml ounce dry sherry
2 dashes peach bitters
Twist of lemon peel, for garnish

Fill a mixing glass halfway with ice. Add ingredients and stir vigorously. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish.

Pork & Apple. Infusing O.P. Anderson Original with bacon to create a crisp and sour cocktail is truly innovative and playful! Created by Tom Surma & Mikael Eliasson.

Ingredients:
50ml pork infused O.P. Anderson Original*
40ml fresh lemon juice
20ml simple syrup
40ml applesauce w/ horseradish
Bacon

*Pork infused O.P. Anderson:
1kg of organic, well smoked pork
1 bottle of O.P. Anderson Original

Shake and drain over ice in a short glass. Garnish with 'bacon sugar'' and a crunchy slice of bacon.*Pork infused O.P. Anderson:Everything has always been based on quality - at least since Moses wore shorts! So start by buying a kilo of organic, well-smoked quality pork with a high fat content. The taste sticks better there, in the fat. Then cut the pork into cubes or slices depending on what you prefer and how large your strainer is.Take out a decent frying pan and put the stove on medium heat. You don't want to burn the pork, you just want to let the heat do its job of melting as much fat as possible. Keep the pork in the heated pan for about 30 minutes or until the meat has really shrunk while bathing in fat. Then drain the hot fat from the frying pan into a large container, like a glass jar.Empty the aquavit bottle into the container! Let the fat and aquavit get to know each other for a few hours at room temperature before placing the container with this concoction in the freezer. This will help the fat become rock-hard and the liquid become ice-cold, which will produce the best result during final draining and bottling!

Have some time on your hands? Invest two weeks into this Oak & Snus cocktail and it will surely blow your mind! Created by Tom Surma & Mikael Eliasson.

Ingredients:
40ml O.P. Anderson Original, bottle aged with American oak cubes for two weeks
10ml Vermouth Del Professore
Lemon zest

Stir in mixing glass with ice and drain into cocktail glass. Zest the drink with lemon to add some acidity. Serve with a snus portion flavoured with caraway, aniseed and fennel. The snus should be under the upper lip while sipping the cocktail. The result is a playful cocktail landing somewhere between a Vodka Martini and a Manhattan, taste-wise.
