I'm thinking about making an ebook with different rye-bread recipes, that also should include the basics like how to make your first sourdough etc. Would that be interesting to any of you out-there? 🙂

Hi all you wonderful people🙂
Just want to tell you that I've made a small ebook about Danish Christmas cookies. It is simple recipes but good if you would like too try to make and taste some of our favourite Christmas cookies.

This is called Øllebrød. But I won't give you the recipe because it tastes awful! Even with whipped cream on top. But it is made of rye bread, that is the only reason you should see it 😀

Danish breakfast: Yoghurt with syrup and roasted rye bread sprinkle. Easy to make and relatively healthy 😉

In Denmark we have a very old challenge, that as far as I know, noone has completed it. The challenge is: Eat one slice of rye bread in less than 1 minute. The slice should be without any butter or cold cuts etc. Just one pure slice of Rye bread. As you can see from this guy's video, it is pretty hard to do. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aGmSom7THaY
