This week’s fruity Ice Tea was made with our Serendipitea blend!🍓

Recipe:

40g Serendipitea blend 🍓
10g Hibiscus (optional)
1 Tbsp Dry Mint (optional)
(Steep in 300ml boiling water for 10mins)
1/4 cup packed brown sugar (dissolved in 1/4 cup boiling water, adjust to taste!)
3 tbsp lemon juice (optional & adjust to taste!) 🍋
700ml cold water
Ice 🧊

Halimun Jade Oolong: dry vs steep 🌱

This particular oolong is unusually fine with a milky-fresh taste. Halimun Oolong thrives in the volcanic soils of the west coast of an Indonesian island called Java. Its spends its life growing in the middle of the protected national park Gunung Halimun. Its vibrant green pearls are hand rolled and develop an exquisite, sweet flavour when brewed. 🫖

Summer is here!🌞 You asked for Ice Tea Recipes so here’s the first- Cherry Rooibos on Ice🍒

Recipe:
50g Cherry Rooibos 🍒
(Steep in 400ml boiling water 10-15min)
5 tbsp lemon juice (adjust to taste) 🍋
1 tsp lemon zest (optional)
1/2 cup sugar or desired sweetener (dissolve in 1/4 cup boiling water, adjust quantity to taste!)
600ml cold water
Ice 🧊
