For the day, both teams will be behind the bar, serving a fun selection of POMA coffees as well on espresso and Poursteady.

Here to save you from the heat, the plumpest Danish raspberries from Rokkedyssegaard gård have arrived!

Fresh from the field, we place our raspberries on a light choux bun filled with our own raspberry jam, vanilla custard and a little cloud of whipped yoghurt.

It’s the summer sandwich round up!
First up, everything spice focaccia with smoked salmon, dilly cream cheese and sharp pickled fennel.
Secondly, we have a toasted sesame focaccia with lightly whipped ricotta, fennel and spicy salami, juicy marinated peppers, lambs lettuce and fresh basil.
Light, bright lunch available everyday in all shops.

Copenhagen is abloom with elderflower, the sun is (mostly) shining and our Strawberry Tart is back with a fresh new look.
The juiciest strawberries from are nestled into whipped vanilla custard and roasted strawberry jam on a buttery, marzipan base, finished with a little dip of our favourite 70% dark chocolate.
