Known for their focus on quality and integrity, MOK works closely with producers year after year, building long-term relationships and coffees with a strong sense of place.

Both teams will be behind the bar serving a selection of coffees throughout the day.

Attendees will be in the capable hands of some of the culinary world's most distinguished talents. Hosting on the night and representing will be the inimitable - Henrietta Lovell; Hart Bageri Creative Director , fresh from the pages of ; alongside the King of bread and Hart Bageri founder , for a homecoming fiesta.

Included in the ticket price are five delicious tea cocktails (the thinking woman’s Vodka Red Bull…), paired perfectly with five amazing Hart Bageri creations. Best to get ready for good tunes, good vibes, and possibly a bit of nonsense.

We’ve got a shiny new test kitchen where and will be working their magic on the upcoming menus. This year we have an absolute Strawberry Bonanza in store for you. First up is this strawberry lemongrass croissant. Flaky pastry with fresh strawberries over silky almond cream and a bulb of whipped lemongrass ganache. It’s fresh, it’s creamy it’s dreamy. Vi ses!
