WE ARE HIRING - FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER

Kong Hans Bakery is looking for an engaged and organised Front of House Manager to become a central part of the daily operations and continued development of the bakery.

This is a hands-on role, and you will be actively involved in the day-to-day running of the bakery alongside the rest of the team. You should therefore enjoy a role that combines leadership, administration and daily interaction with both guests and colleagues.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Staff scheduling and daily coordination
- Ordering and inventory management
- Structuring and organising daily operations
- Managing the Front of House team
- Handling sick leave and other personnel-related matters
- Managing and responding to the bakery’s email inbox
- Actively contributing to the creative process surrounding product development
- Working on the floor alongside the team and ensuring a high level of daily service

We are looking for someone who:
- Is proactive, hands-on and gets things done
- Is adaptable and thrives in a dynamic environment
- Has a creative mindset and a genuine interest in baking and gastronomy
- Is fluent in both Danish and English, spoken and written
- Has experience in a similar role within hospitality
- Is comfortable taking responsibility and leading from the front in the daily operation

You will become an important part of an ambitious team where quality, guest experience and continuous development are at the heart of what we do.

Made to order and served on our freshly baked petit baguette. Choose between our Jambon Beurre with freshly sliced Parisian ham, Dijonnaise and Bordier butter, or our salmon sandwich with cream cheese, smoked Faroese salmon, lime-pickled red onions and capers.

Available daily from 10 AM at Kong Hans Bakery on Østerbro and from 11 AM at our hole-in-the-wall bakery at Kong Hans Kælder.
